A plan can look complete and still leave someone unsure what to do first. Here is a fictional exercise: a workplace loses power during a busy shift, and the usual manager is unavailable.

What single question would you ask an AI assistant to help uncover an unclear instruction in the plan?

For example: “Which steps depend on equipment that may also lose power?” Then explain how a responsible person would check the answer.

Share a made-up excerpt or a general review question. Keep this discussion about preparing and evaluating plans, and use established emergency procedures for actual incidents.
